Omega Announces Second Quarter Dividend and Annual Meeting Dates

Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. OHI today announced that its 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Friday, June 8, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. local time, at the Company's corporate office located at 303 International Circle, Suite 200, Hunt Valley, Maryland 21030. Stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 23, 2018 will be entitled to receive notice of and to participate at the 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

Second Quarter Dividend Declared

The Company also announced today that the Company's Board of Directors declared a common stock dividend of $0.66 per share. The common stock dividend is payable Tuesday, May 15, 2018 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on Monday, April 30, 2018.
