TORONTO, March 28, 2018 /CNW/ - Discovery Air Inc. (the "Company") announced today that The Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") has advised the Company that, in connection with the Company's previously disclosed filing under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, the TSX has determined to delist the Company's 8.375% Convertible Unsecured Subordinated Debentures (the "Debentures") effective at the close of market on April 27, 2018, and that trading of the Debentures will remain suspended until such time.
