ATLANTA, Feb. 02, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of WestRock Company WRK today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share on its common stock payable on February 26, 2018 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 16, 2018.
