Allstate Announces Preferred Stock Dividends

NORTHBROOK, Ill., Nov. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Allstate Corporation ALL today declared approximately $29.1 million in aggregate dividends on five series of preferred stock for the dividend period from October 15, 2017 through January 14, 2018. All the preferred dividends are payable in cash on January 16, 2018 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 29, 2017, as follows:
