Comcast Corporation CMCSA announced today that on December 15, 2017, it will redeem all $287.5 million principal amount outstanding of its 5.000% Senior Notes due December 15, 2061 (CUSIP No. 20030N606) at a redemption price of $25.00 per Note (100.00% of the principal amount thereof), plus accrued but unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date. The Notes are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "CCV". The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. is the trustee for the Notes.
