Birch announces departure of Tony Tomae, President & CEO

ATLANTA, Oct. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Birch Communications, Inc. ("Birch") today announced the departure of Birch's President and CEO Tony Tomae.  On August 26, 2017, Fusion FSNN and Birch Communications Holdings, Inc. ("BCHI"), Birch's parent company, entered into a definitive agreement in which Fusion will acquire the Cloud and Business Services customers, operations and infrastructure of BCHI. Fusion's current CEO, Matthew Rosen, will be the CEO of the combined company following the transaction's close.
