Tria Beauty has announced plans for an $86 mn IPO. The manufacturer of hair removal and skin treatment products is looking for a NASDAQ listing and will trade under the symbol TRIA. The lead underwriters are MS)" href="http://www.insideipo.com/tag/morgan-stanley">Morgan Stanley, Piper Jaffray and Wells Fargo. The remaining details have yet to be revealed.
