Analysts expect SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX) to post its quarterly earnings at $1.37 per share on revenue of $3.26 billion. SYNNEX shares gained 3.07 percent to close at $96.08 on Thursday.

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) executives are said to be in early-stage talks with potential investors to provide financing for a takeover of Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ: YHOO), according to a source as reported by Reuters on Sunday. Microsoft shares gained 0.44 percent to close at $54.21 on Thursday, while Yahoo shares rose 0.17 percent to close at $34.86 on Thursday.

Qlik Technologies Inc (NASDAQ: QLIK) is said to be exploring strategic alternatives, including a potential sale, according to sources as reported by Reuters on Friday. Qlik Technologies shares gained 1.02 percent to close at $26.69 on Thursday.
