Fossil, Cerner, Rackspace & Cheesecake Factory Moving On Tuesday's After-Hours Session

Shares of Fossil Group Inc FOSL were trading up more than 15 percent on Tuesday’s after-hours session, following the announcement of the company’s fourth quarter fiscal 2015 financial results. The small cap global designer, marketer and distributor of fashion accessories reported earnings of $ 1.46 per share, beating the Street’s consensus of $ 1.29 per share. Revenue of $ 992.5 million, also came in ahead of estimates of $ 919.25 million.

Cerner Corporation CERN, on the other hand, was down more than 15 percent –on its fourth quarter results- since the bell rang. The big cap health care information technology supplier posted earnings of $ 0.61 per share, $0.04 above the Street’s consensus. Revenue of $1.175 billion was in line with expectations.

Another stock falling on its earnings call was Rackspace Hosting, Inc. RAX, down over 8 percent since the market closed. The small cap tech firm posted earnings of $ 0.24 per share, $0.01 above the Street’s consensus. Revenue of $522.80 million, also came in $1 million ahead of expectations.

Yet another decliner on Tuesday’s after-hours session was Cheesecake Factory Inc CAKE, down about 1.05 percent after a revenue miss. While EPS of $ 0.54 came in $0.02 above the Street’s estimate, sales of $ 526.84 million, fell short of expectations for $3.816 billion in revenue.
