Shares Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. CMG were down more than 3.5 percent in Tuesday’s after-hours session, following the company’s third-quarter financial results. The restaurant operator reported earnings of $4.59 per share on revenue of $1.217 billion. While sales came in in line with the Street’s consensus expectations, revenue fell short of estimates, which called for $4.64 per share.

Yahoo! Inc. YHOO was down roughly 1 percent on its earnings report. The company delivered earnings of $0.15 per share, in line with experts’ expectations, on revenue of $1.002 billion, slightly below the $1.02 billion consensus.

Intuitive Surgical, Inc. ISRG was up more than 8 percent after hours. According to Estimize, the medical equipment manufacturer was expected to deliver earnings of $4.26 per share on revenue of $583.61 million, up from EPS of $3.35 on revenue of $550.1 million reported a year ago. Earnings came in at $5.24 per share, and revenue came in at $589.7 million.

Cree, Inc. CREE was up more than 1.5 percent after the bell rang on an earnings and revenue beat. Earnings came in at $0.21 per share, and revenue at $425.49 million, ahead of the Street’s consensus of $0.20 per share and $418.59 million.

Manhattan Associates, Inc. MANH was up 2 percent on an earnings and revenue beat. The developer and provider of supply chain commerce solutions retrieved EPS of $0.42 on revenue of $142.3 million, beating the Street’s consensus of $0.37 and $141.07 million.
