reported better-than-expected third-quarter earnings and announced a $1 billion buyback plan. Michael Kors Holdings

and Fossil Group announced that they have renewed their global licensing agreement for watches and jewelry. Fossil Group shares jumped 9.59% to $113.70 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts are expecting Cisco Systems

to have earned $0.53 per share on revenue of $12.16 billion in the first quarter. Cisco shares gained 0.24% to $25.21 in after-hours trading. Beazer Homes USA

is projected to report its Q4 earnings at $1.08 per share on revenue of $506.35 million. Beazer Homes shares gained 1.37% to close at $19.25 yesterday. Yahoo!

announced its plans to buy video advertising platform BrightRoll for $640 million. Yahoo shares gained 0.02% to $49.06 in the after-hours trading session. Wall Street expects NetApp

to post its Q2 earnings at $0.70 per share on revenue of $1.55 billion. NetApp shares gained 0.28% to close at $42.27 yesterday. The ADT

is estimated to report its Q4 earnings at $0.48 per share on revenue of $878.52 million. ADT shares surged 1.15% to $36.06 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect Rockwell Automation

to report its Q4 earnings at $1.82 per share on revenue of $1.80 billion. Rockwell Automation shares dropped 0.36% to $112.46 in after-hours trading.
