surged more than 48% on Friday after Priceline Group

announced its plans to buy OpenTable for $103 per share. OpenTable shares jumped 48.35% to close at $104.48 on Friday, while Priceline shares fell 2.99% to close at $1,189.30 on Friday. Analysts expect Korn/Ferry International

to post its Q4 earnings at $0.39 per share on revenue of $244.61 million. Korn/Ferry shares slipped 1.76% to close at $30.19 on Friday.
