UPDATE: VF Corp Posts Rise In Q4 Profit

reported a 10% gain in its fourth-quarter profit. VF Corp's quarterly profit surged to $367.7 million, or $0.82 per share, versus a year-ago profit of $334.2 billion, or $0.75 per share. Its adjusted profit came in at $0.82 per share. Its revenue surged to $3.29 billion versus $3.03 billion. However, analysts were projecting earnings of $0.82 per share on revenue of $3.35 billion. VF Corp expects 2014 earnings of $3.00 to $3.05 per share. VF Corp shares fell 3.22% to $57.42 in pre-market trading.
