reported that it has acquired the operations of Professional Anesthesia Services LLP. TeamHealth shares tumbled 1.03% to $45.21 in after-hours trading. Shares in Ennis

declined 1.23% on Friday after the company announced a quarterly cash dividend of 17 1/2 cents per share on Friday. Ennis shares gained 0.02% to $16.87 in the after-hours trading session.
