ICON to Acquire Clinical Trial Services Division of Cross Country Healthcare for 52M in Cash

ICON plc, ICLR today announced that it has agreed, subject to certain closing conditions, to acquire the Clinical Trial Services Division of Cross Country Healthcare, Inc.
