Acacia Subsidiary Enters License Agreement with Playforge

announced today that its Gametek LLC subsidiary has entered into a license and settlement agreement with The Playforge, LLC, Playforge Games LLC, Playforge Games II LLC, Saban Brands LLC and Saban Properties LLC. This agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
