Fresnillo 2011 Profit Rises 36%

reported a 36% surge in its profit for 2011. Fresnillo's 2011 profit climbed to $901.8 million, from $665.1 million in the year-earlier period. Its revenue jumped 56% to $2.19 billion. Fresnillo's gold production climbed 22%. It also declared a final dividend of 40 cents per share.
