today reported its annual results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010. Bonso reported a net loss for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 of $0.66 million or $0.13 basic and diluted loss per share, as compared to a net loss of $7.6 million or $1.45 basic and diluted loss per share posted during fiscal year ended March 31, 2009. Net sales for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 decreased 29% to $28.5 million from $40.4 million for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009.
