TRW Reports Third Quarter EPS of $1.54

TRW Automotive Holdings Corp.

earlier today reported third quarter 2010 financial results with sales of $3.4 billion, an increase of 10 percent compared to the prior year period. The Company reported GAAP third quarter net earnings of $199 million or $1.54 per diluted share, which compares to net earnings of $56 million or $0.50 per diluted share in the prior year period.
