Standex Raises Quarterly Cash Dividend 20% to $0.06 Per Share

Standex International Corporation

today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share, which is payable November 24, 2010 to shareholders of record November 8, 2010. The Company's previous quarterly cash dividend was $0.05 per share. The dividend is the Company's 185th consecutive quarterly cash dividend. Standex has paid dividends each quarter since it became a public corporation in November 1964.
