Hershey Declares Quarterly Dividends of $.32 and $.29

The Board of Directors of The Hershey Company

today declared quarterly dividends of $0.32 on the Common Stock and $0.29 on the Class B Common Stock. The dividends are payable December 15, 2010, to stockholders of record November 24, 2010. It is the 324th consecutive regular dividend on the Common Stock and the 105th consecutive regular dividend on the Class B Common Stock.
