NuStar Energy, Spirit Airlines, Fastly And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Monday

U.S. stocks traded higher, with the Dow Jones index gaining around 200 points on Monday.

Shares of NuStar Energy L.P. NS rose sharply during Monday’s session after Sunoco announced it will acquire the company in an all-equity transaction valued at roughly $7.3 billion.

NuStar Energy shares jumped 14.2% to $20.59 on Monday.

• Rumble Inc. RUM gained 25.6% to $4.51 after the company announced a partnership with Barstool Sports.
• Digital World Acquisition Corp. DWAC jumped 24% to $32.70 after Ron DeSantis ended his presidential campaign. Digital World Acquisition Corp is the business combination partner of Trump Media & Technology Group.
• Upstart Holdings, Inc. UPST climbed 13.3% to $37.06.
• ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. CHPT gained 13% to $1.96.
• Spirit Airlines, Inc. SAVE shares rose 12.6% to $7.53 after the company and JetBlue Airways announced Friday that they will appeal a ruling blocking their proposed merger.
• Affirm Holdings, Inc. AFRM gained 11.3% to $46.98.
• Opendoor Technologies Inc. OPEN rose 10.3% to $3.4750.
• Fastly, Inc. FSLY climbed 10.3% to $20.69 after Citigroup upgraded the stock from Sell to Neutral and raised its price target from $11 to $20.
• Peloton Interactive, Inc. PTON rose 7.8% to $6.01.
• Joby Aviation, Inc. JOBY surged 6.8% to $6.01.
• Wayfair Inc. W gained 6.3% to $59.65. Wayfair recently announced a workforce realignment plan, which includes a workforce reduction involving approximately 13% of its global workforce.
• Ginkgo Bioworks Holdings, Inc. DNA rose 6.2% to $1.2900.
• Palantir Technologies Inc. PLTR climbed 6.1% to $17.80.
• StoneCo Ltd. STNE gained 5.7% to $18.00. Goldman Sachs analyst Tito Labarta upgraded StoneCo from Neutral to Buy and raised the price target from $12 to $21.
• The Trade Desk, Inc. TTD gained 4.6% to $69.95.
