Bluebird Bio, Vertex Energy And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower On Tuesday

U.S. stocks traded higher, with the Dow Jones index gaining around 150 points on Tuesday.

Shares of bluebird bio, Inc. BLUE shares fell sharply during Tuesday’s session after the company announced a proposed public offering of $150 million of common stock.

bluebird bio shares dipped 14.2% to $2.6180 on Tuesday.

  • CureVac N.V. CVAC shares fell 35.7% to $3.7384. CureVac announced decision of German Federal Patent Court in broad patent litigation with BioNTech SE.
  • Shengfeng Development Limited SFWL fell 32.4% to $3.24.
  • Invivyd, Inc. IVVD tumbled 16.4% to $3.00. Morgan Stanley upgraded Invivyd from Underweight to Equal-Weight and raised the price target from $1 to $4.
  • Diversified Energy Co PLC DEC fell 12% to $15.77.
  • Vertex Energy, Inc. VTNR fell 10% to $3.2750. Stifel downgraded Vertex Energy from Buy to Hold and lowered the price target from $6 to $4.
  • uniQure N.V. QURE shares declined 9.8% to $7.20 after announcing updated interim data on Phase I/II clinical trials of AMT-130 gene therapy for the treatment of Huntington's disease.
  • TFF Pharmaceuticals, Inc. TFFP fell 5.5% to $3.78. TFF Pharmaceuticals announced initial data from its ongoing Phase 2 trials of TFF VORI and TFF TAC, along with clinical data from the ongoing TFF VORI expanded access program.
  • Lyft, Inc. LYFT fell 3.8% to $15.04.
  • Array Technologies, Inc. ARRY fell 3.5% to $18.32. Piper Sandler downgraded Array Technologies from Overweight to Neutral and lowered the price target from $26 to $22.
