U.S. stocks traded lower, with the Dow Jones falling around 300 points on Tuesday. Here are some big stocks recording gains in today’s session.

• Pharvaris N.V. PHVS surged 19.4% to $22.00 after Morgan Stanley upgraded the stock from Equal-Weight to Overweight and raised its price target from $10 to $34.
• Paysafe Limited PSFE jumped 18.9% to $14.05. Paysafe reported second-quarter FY23 revenue growth of 6% year-over-year to $402.338 million, beating the consensus of $394.16 million.
• Taylor Devices, Inc. TAYD surged 18.6% to $22.01 following fourth-quarter results.
• Grindr Inc. GRND jumped 10.7% to $5.19 after the company reported a year-over-year increase in second-quarter sales results.
• SomaLogic, Inc. SLGC gained 10.6% to $2.2450 after the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results and issued guidance.
• NextDecade Corporation NEXT climbed 10.3% to $6.10. Stifel upgraded NextDecade from Hold to Buy and raised the price target from $7.5 to $9.
• Humacyte, Inc. HUMA gained 9.2% to $4.4150. Benchmark reiterated Humacyte with a Buy and maintained a $16 price target.
• Riskified Ltd. RSKD rose 8.2% to $4.61 after the company posted upbeat quarterly sales and boosted FY23 revenue guidance.
• ORIC Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ORIC climbed 7.8% to $8.63.
• 2seventy bio, Inc. TSVT gained 7.4% to $6.47 following second-quarter results.
• Acelyrin, Inc. SLRN rose 6.8% to $26.75 following a narrower-than-expected loss.
• OPKO Health, Inc. OPK gained 5.4% to $1.8450.
