- Moolec Science SA MLEC jumped 25.3% to $5.14.
- Fisker Inc. FSR shares gained 24% to $6.95 after the company reported Q4 financial results. The company said Q4 and FY22 operational results were better than expected. FY22 total spending was below the company's anticipated range and its cash balance at year end 2022 was ahead of expectations.
- Opera Limited OPRA rose 20.4% to $8.80 after the company reported better-than-expected Q4 financial results.
- Altisource Asset Management Corporation AAMC rose 17.5% to $48.66. AAMC recently announced an agreement with B. Riley Financial to repurchase common stock.
- Broadmark Realty Capital Inc. BRMK gained 16.9% to $4.8588 after the company announced it would be acquired by Ready Capital in an all-stock deal.
- Universal Insurance Holdings, Inc. UVE jumped 13.1% to $17.01. Piper Sandler upgraded Universal Insurance from Neutral to Overweight and raises the price target from $11 to $19.
- FREYR Battery FREY climbed 12.6% to $9.30 following upbeat quarterly earnings.
- Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. CLDX gained 12.2% to $45.00. Celldex Therapeutics announced updated data from its Phase 1b trial of barzolvolimab in patients with moderate to severe chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) refractory to antihistamines.
- Arbe Robotics Ltd. ARBE gained 11.9% to $6.98.
- Seagen Inc. SGEN rose 11.9% to $180.51 following reports indicating pharmaceutical giant Pfizer Inc PFE is considering acquiring the biotech company. According to a Wall Street Journal report citing people familiar with the matter, Pfizer is in early stage talks to acquire Seagen.
- Li-Cycle Holdings Corp. LICY jumped 10.9% to $6.29 after the company announced it received a conditional commitment for a $375 million loan from the US Department of Energy ATVM program.
- Union Pacific Corporation UNP jumped 10.5% to $212.99 after the company said it would name a new CEO in 2023 after hedge fund Soroban Capital Partners called for leadership changes.
- Acrivon Therapeutics, Inc. ACRV gained 10.4% to $16.93.
- AVITA Medical, Inc. RCEL jumped 9.7% to $13.58. Avita Medical reported better-than-expected Q4 EPS and sales results.
- BGC Partners, Inc. BGCP gained 9.5% to $4.59 following strong quarterly sales.
- Kosmos Energy Ltd. KOS climbed 9% to $8.24 following better-than-expected quarterly results.
- OPKO Health, Inc. OPK gained 6.1% to $1.1250.
