GreenBox Names New Finance Chief, Risk Management Head

GreenBox POS (NASDAQ: GBOX) announced the appointment of public accounting veteran Ben Chung as its new CFO and fraud and risk management veteran Bryan Rowland as Head of Risk Management.
Chung had played a vital role in the company’s uplisting to NASDAQ, multiple financing rounds, and becoming OTC compliant.
Price action: GBOX shares traded higher by 1.17% at $8.65 in the premarket session on the last check Tuesday.
