  • Cherokee Inc (NASDAQ: CHKE) shares dipped 31 percent to $5.35 after the company reported a loss for its first quarter on Thursday. The company reported an adjusted loss of $0.07 per share, versus analysts’ estimates for a profit of $0.13 per share.
  • ImmunoCellular Therapeutics Ltd (NYSE: IMUC) shares fell 22.8 percent to $1.63.
  • Kitov Pharmaceuticals Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ: KTOV) shares dropped 20 percent to $1.91 after surging 42.26 percent on Thursday.
  • Precipio Inc (NASDAQ: PRPO) shares tumbled 17.7 percent to $13.00.
  • RadiSys Corporation (NASDAQ: RSYS) shares dropped 16.7 percent to $3.00 after the company lowered its sales forecast for the second quarter. The company now expects Q2 sales of $35 million, versus earlier outlook of $41 million to $47 million.
  • Root9B Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: RTNB) shares fell 14.3 percent to $10.00.
  • Dextera Surgical Inc (NASDAQ: DXTR) shares declined 13.2 percent to $0.269 after the company disclosed that it has placed 'temporary shipping hold' on MicroCutter 5/80. The company also reported preliminary FY17 total product sales of $2.9 million to $3 million.

  • Nabors Industries Ltd. (NYSE: NBR) dropped 6.6 percent to $6.99. Wells Fargo downgraded Nabors Industries from Outperform to Market Perform.
  • Oshkosh Corp (NYSE: OSK) fell 6 percent to $64.75. Bank of America downgraded Oshkosh from Neutral to Underperform.
  • Globant SA (NYSE: GLOB) shares declined 4.3 percent to $41.00. KeyBanc downgraded Globant from Overweight to Sector Weight.
  • Advaxis, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADXS) dropped 4 percent to $6.43 as the company announced the resignation of its chief executive officer and president Daniel J. O’Connor. The company named Anthony (Tony) Lombardo as interim CEO.
