  • Astika Holdings Inc (OTC: ASKH) shares tumbled 21.2 percent to $0.0260.
  • IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT) shares fell 18 percent to $14.40 following Q3 results. IDT posted adjusted earnings of $0.28 per share on revenue of $370 million.
  • Duluth Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: DLTH) shares declined 17.3 percent to $17.05 after the company posted downbeat quarterly profit.
  • Analogic Corporation (NASDAQ: ALOG) shares dropped 11.4 percent to $66.10 Analogic reported Q3 adjusted earnings of $0.79 per share on sales of $122.2 million. The company also issued a weak earnings forecast for FY17.
  • Camtek LTD. (NASDAQ: CAMT) shares dipped 10 percent to $6.90.
  • Ambarella Inc (NASDAQ: AMBA) tumbled 10.2 percent to $53.64. Ambarella reported stronger-than-expected results for its first quarter, but issued a weak outlook for the current quarter.
  • DryShips Inc. (NASDAQ: DRYS) dropped 8.6 percent to $1.92 after surging 8.25 percent on Tuesday.
  • Egalet Corp (NASDAQ: EGLT) shares fell 8 percent to $2.53 after surging 17.02 percent on Tuesday.
  • Amyris Inc (NASDAQ: AMRS) shares fell 7.1 percent to $3.34 after rising 9.09 percent on Tuesday.
  • EXACT Sciences Corporation (NASDAQ: EXAS) declined 6.9 percent to $34.08. Exact Sciences priced its offering of 7 million shares at $35 per share.
  • Kamada Ltd (NASDAQ: KMDA) slipped 6.7 percent to $7.65 after the company issued an update on clinical program for Alpha-1 Antitrypsin IV for the treatment of Graft-Versus-Host Disease.
  • CGG SA (ADR) (NYSE: CGG) shares fell 6.1 percent to $5.54 after declining 11.69 percent on Tuesday.
  • Iron Mountain Incorporated (Delaware) REIT (NYSE: IRM) dropped 3.8 percent to $33.68. Deutsche Bank downgraded Iron Mountain from Hold to Sell.
  • HD Supply Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: HDS) declined 3.4 percent to $32.88. Drexel Hamilton downgraded HD Supply from Buy to Hold.
