• Neurotrope Inc NTRP fell 29 percent to $13.36 in pre-market trading. After hearing Neurotrope would announce results of its Phase 2 study of potential Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) treatment Bryostatin-1, biotech investors have waited with baited breath through the weekend. On Monday, Neurotrope reported positive top-line results from its Phase 2 study of Bryostatin, which met its primary endpoint in patients that completed the full course of treatment, although the results weren't particularly encouraging.
• Endologix, Inc. ELGX shares fell 10.4 percent to $6.71 in pre-market trading after rising 0.27 percent on Friday.
• Genworth Financial Inc GNW fell 5.2 percent to $3.83 in pre-market trading. Genworth and Oceanwide have withdrawn and re-filed their joint voluntary notice to the CFIUS to permit more time for review and discussion with the CFIUS in connection with the proposed merger.
