  • Adeptus Health Inc (NYSE: ADPT) shares dipped 46 percent to $1.00. Medical Properties Trust disclosed that it has agreed in principle with Deerfield Management to restructuring in bankruptcy to Adeptus Health.
  • Seadrill Ltd (NYSE: SDRL) shares dropped 40 percent to $1.00. Seadrill and its banking group agreed to extend a series of key dates as part of restructuring efforts.
  • North Atlantic Drilling Ltd. (NYSE: NADL) shares tumbled 32.7 percent to $1.13.
  • NewLink Genetics Corp (NASDAQ: NLNK) dropped 19 percent to $18.65. NewLink Genetics disclosed that the interim Phase 2 data showed 52 percent ORR on 50 patients who received combination of indoximod plus pembrolizumab. Patients with non-ocular melanoma achieved a 59 percent ORR.
  • Kate Spade & Co (NYSE: KATE) slipped 15.3 percent to $19.32. Kate Spade will spend more time negotiating a sale after receiving an offer from Coach Inc (NYSE: COH), according to Reuters.
  • Acuity Brands, Inc. (NYSE: AYI) fell 13.9 percent to $175.75 after the company reported weaker-than-expected results for its second quarter.
  • Steadymed Ltd (NASDAQ: STDY) declined 12 percent to $6.61.
  • Catalyst Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ: CBIO) shares declined 11.4 percent to $7.86.
  • Sito Mobile Ltd (NASDAQ: SITO) fell 11.3 percent to $2.27. SITO Mobile adopted tax benefits preservation plan to protect tax assets.
  • Polarityte Inc (NASDAQ: COOL) shares dropped 10.5 percent to $14.82 after climbing 21.07 percent on Monday.
  • NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA) declined 5.7 percent to $102.23. Pacific Crest downgraded NVIDIA to Underweight.
  • Seadrill Partners LLC (NYSE: SDLP) declined 4.6 percent to $3.33. Seadrill and its banking group agreed to extend a series of key dates as part of restructuring efforts.
  • Urban Outfitters, Inc. (NASDAQ: URBN) shares fell 3.7 percent to $22.35. Citigroup downgraded Urban Outfitters from Buy to Neutral.
  • L Brands Inc (NYSE: LB) dropped 3.6 percent to $44.15. Citigroup downgraded L Brands from Buy to Neutral.
  • New Mountain Finance Corp. (NYSE: NMFC) shares fell 2.8 percent to $14.52. New Mountain Finance commenced 5 million share offering.
