The JPMorgan Aviation, Transportation & Industrials Conference is wrapping up on Wednesday afternoon.

Airline stocks have been somewhat volatile this week as a number of big names have presented guidance at the conference. American Airlines Group Inc (NASDAQ: AAL) and Delta Air Lines, Inc. (NYSE: DAL) were the two airline headliners of Wednesday morning’s session.

American Airlines shares are up only 0.8 percent on the day, but Delta shares are higher by 1.3 percent. Southwest Airlines Co (NYSE: LUV) and United Continental Holdings Inc (NYSE: UAL) are also both up more than 1.5 percent on Wednesday as investors get more clarity on the airline industry outlook.

Prior to Wednesday’s session, airline stocks had gotten hammered this week.

On Monday and Tuesday, Delta shares dropped 3.4 percent, Southwest shares dropped 5.3 percent, American shares dropped 6.1 percent and United shares dropped 8.0 percent.

Looking ahead to the afternoon session of the conference, traders should be watching shares of the following presenters closely for any pickup in volatility (all times Eastern Standard Time):

  • 12 PM: United Continental Holdings CEO Oscar Munoz
  • 1 PM: Spirit Airlines Incorporated (NASDAQ: SAVE) CFO Ted Christie
  • 1 PM: Copa Holdings, S.A. (NYSE: CPA) CEO Pedro Heilbron
  • 1:45 PM: Watsco Inc (NYSE: WSO) Senior Vice President Barry Logan
  • 2:30 PM: Autoliv Inc. (NYSE: ALV) VP of IR & Business Development Raymond Pekar
  • 2:30 PM: Air Canada CEO Calin Rovinescu
