  • Under Armour Inc (NYSE: UAA) shares fell 24.4 percent to $21.88 after the company reported downbeat results for its fourth quarter
  • Under Armour Inc (NYSE: UA) dropped 21.5 percent to $19.69 after the company reported downbeat results for its fourth quarter and issued a weak revenue forecast for 2017.
  • Eco-Stim Energy Solutions Inc (NASDAQ: ESES) fell 15.6 percent to $1.69. Eco-Stim Energy shares have declined 7.75 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 17.61 percent in the same period.
  • Rayonier Advanced Materials Inc (NYSE: RYAM) declined 13.8 percent to $14.46. Rayonier reported Q4 earnings of $0.18 per share on revenue of $231 million.
  • Summit Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: SMLP) shares fell 8.2 percent to $24.00. Summit Midstream Partners priced an underwritten offering of 4,000,000 common units at a price of $24.00 per common unit.
  • Greenbrier Companies Inc (NYSE: GBX) shares declined 7.3 percent to $42.05 after the company reported a proposed offering of senior convertible notes.
  • Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage Inc (NYSE: NGVC) dropped 5.8 percent to $12.61. Jefferies downgraded Natural Grocers from Buy to Hold.
  • Integrated Device Technology Inc (NASDAQ: IDTI) shares fell 5.2 percent to $24.98. Integrated Device Technology posted upbeat Q3 earnings, but issued a weak Q4 outlook. Summit Redstone Partners downgraded Integrated Device Technology from Buy to Hold.
  • Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (ADR) (NASDAQ: TEVA) fell 4.7 percent to $32.91 following news that the company has lost ruling related to Copaxone patents.
  • Harley-Davidson Inc (NYSE: HOG) shares dropped 4 percent to $55.56 after the company posted downbeat earnings for its fourth quarter. The company also said motorcycle shipments declined 11.9 percent in the fourth quarter.
  • Buffalo Wild Wings (NASDAQ: BWLD) declined 4 percent to $150.15. CLSA downgraded Buffalo Wild Wings from Underperform to Sell.
  • Biglari Holdings Inc (NYSE: BH) slipped 2.5 percent to $459.95. CL King downgraded Biglari Holdings from Buy to Neutral.
