  • Christopher & Banks Corporation (NYSE: CBK) shares declined 32.4 percent to $1.42 after the company issued a weak Q4 sales forecast and reported the departure of President & CEO LuAnn Via. The company named Joel Waller as interim President and CEO.
  • EnteroMedics Inc (NASDAQ: ETRM) shares dropped 24.6 percent to $10.33. EnteroMedics shares have jumped 945.80 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 20.91 percent in the same period.
  • Entravision Communication (NYSE: EVC) shares fell 14 percent to $5.55. Wedbush downgraded Entravision Communication from Outperform to Neutral.
  • Progress Software Corporation (NASDAQ: PRGS) shares dropped 13.8 percent to $27.80. Progress Software reported a Q4 loss of $73.8 million on revenue of $117.7 million. For the current quarter, Progress Software projects earnings of $0.25 to $0.27 per share, on revenue of $85.8 million to $88.8 million.
  • Naked Brand Group Inc (NASDAQ: NAKD) declined 13.1 percent to $1.48. Naked Brand) shares jumped Friday after the company announced plans to merge with Bendon Limited.
  • Globus Maritime Ltd (NASDAQ: GLBS) dropped 12.6 percent to $6.33 after the company disclosed that previously announced private placement and conversion of debt will not occur.
  • Concert Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: CNCE) shares declined 12.6 percent to $9.15 after the company issued details on CTP-656 development in the U.S. and Europe.
  • American River Bankshares (NASDAQ: AMRB) shares dropped 10.7 percent to $13.49.
  • Arts-Way Manufacturing Co. Inc. (NASDAQ: ARTW) fell 10.1 percent to $3.10. Arts-Way Manufacturing shares have surged 42.40 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 20.91 percent in the same period.
  • Arista Networks Inc (NYSE: ANET) dropped 8.2 percent to $92.06. The catalyst for the decline may be the announcement that U.S. customs has ruled to revoke an approval of patent workarounds for the supplier of cloud networking solutions.
  • Ceragon Networks Ltd (NASDAQ: CRNT) declined 6.3 percent to $3.41. Needham downgraded Ceragon Networks from Buy to Hold.
