- Diversified Computer Systems: This industry slipped 2.7 percent by 11:00 am. The worst stock within the industry was HP Inc HPQ, which fell 3.5 percent. HP reported Q4 adjusted earnings of $0.36 per share on revenue of $12.5 billion.
- Foreign Utilities: This industry declined 2.2 percent by 11:00 am with Kenon Holdings Ltd KEN moving down 3.9 percent. Kenon shares have dropped 11.97 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 5.58 percent in the same period.
- Silver: The industry dropped 2 percent by 11:00 am. The worst performer in this industry was Silver Standard Resources Inc. (USA) SSRI, which declined 8.2 percent. Silver futures dropped 2.9 percent to trade at $16.26 an ounce.
- Gold: This industry fell 1.6 percent by 11:00 am ET. Kinross Gold Corporation (USA) KGC shares dropped 9.3 percent in today's trading. Gold futures fell 2.4 percent to trade at $1,185.30 an ounce.
