  • Trillium Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: TRIL) shares tumbled 48 percent to $7.60 after safety concerns with lead cancer drug TTI-621 were earlier disclosed in abstract.
  • AAC Holdings Inc (NYSE: AAC) shares dipped 44.4 percent to $8.84 after the company posted downbeat quarterly results and issued a weak FY16 outlook.
  • Diplomat Pharmacy Inc (NYSE: DPLO) shares dropped 37.4 percent to $13.99 after the company reported downbeat quarterly earnings and lowered its FY16 forecast.
  • Achillion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACHN) shares declined 33.7 percent to $4.01. Achillion Pharmaceuticals reported a Q3 loss of $0.15 per share. The company also reported an update on JNJ-4178 and Phase I study of ACH-4471.
  • Sequential Brands Group Inc (NASDAQ: SQBG) shares fell 31.8 percent to $4.93. Sequential Brands reported Q3 adjusted earnings of $0.12 per share on revenue of $42 million.
  • Fitbit Inc (NYSE: FIT) shares declined 29.9 percent to $8.97 after the company posted downbeat quarterly revenue and issued a weak forecast the current quarter.
  • PTC Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: PTCT) dropped 28 percent to $4.50. PTC Therapeutics reported a Q3 loss of $1.03 per share on revenue of $22.98 million.
  • Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Co (NASDAQ: HMHC) fell 22.8 percent to $9.57 on weak Q3 results.
  • Papa Murphy's Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: FRSH) dropped 22.3 percent to $4.08. Papa Murphy's reported a Q3 loss of $0.03 per share on revenue of $28.5 million.
  • Energy Focus Inc (NASDAQ: EFOI) fell 21.3 percent to $3.10. Energy Focus disclosed that it will reschedule its Q3 earnings release from November 3, 2016, to November 14, 2016. The company projects net sales of $8.3 million for the quarter.
  • Hornbeck Offshore Services, Inc. (NYSE: HOS) shares fell 21.3 percent to $3.11. Hombeck Offshore reported a Q3 loss of $0.45 per share on revenue of $51.9 million.
  • Core Molding Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: CMT) declined 20 percent to $14.14. Core Molding reported Q3 EPS of $0.33 on revenue of $41.3 million.
  • First Solar, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSLR) shares tumbled 18.3 percent to $33.17 after the company posted weak quarterly revenue and lowered its sales guidance.
  • Datawatch Corporation (NASDAQ: DWCH) dropped 17.2 percent to $6.17. Datawatch reported a Q4 loss of $0.06 per share on revenue of $8.6 million.
  • Spark Networks Inc (NYSE: LOV) fell 9.2 percent to $1.29. Spark Networks is expected to report Q3 results on November 10, 2016.
  • Aceto Corporation (NASDAQ: ACET) shares fell 7.3 percent to $16.33. Aceto posted weak Q1 results and reported a deal to buy generics products and related assets of Citron Pharma and Lucid Pharma.
  • Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (NYSE: CHD) shares slipped 7.2 percent to $43.86. Church & Dwight posted in-line quarterly earnings, but sales missed expectations. The company also issued a weak earnings forecast for the current quarter.
  • Credit Suisse Group AG (ADR) (NYSE: CS) shares dropped 6 percent to $12.77 following Q3 results. Credit Suisse reported a profit of Sfr41 million ($42.25 million) for the quarter.
  • GoPro Inc (NASDAQ: GPRO) shares fell 5.2 percent to $12.17. GoPro is expected to report quarterly earnings after the closing bell.
  • Facebook Inc (NASDAQ: FB) shares declined 4.3 percent to $121.73. Facebook posted better-than-expected earnings for its third quarter on Wednesday. However, the company’s CFO warned that revenue growth rates would decline in the fourth quarter.
