Stocks Hitting 52-Week Highs

Syngenta AG (ADR) SYT shares reached a new 52-week high of $87.83 after a U.S. national security panel cleared its acquisition by ChemChina.
Domino's Pizza, Inc. DPZ shares gained 1.6 percent to touch a new 52-week high of $149.60. Domino's shares have surged 44.70 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 15.35 percent in the same period.
CIFC LLC CIFC shares gained 57.4 percent to reach a new 52-week high of $10.94 after the company agreed to be acquired by F.A.B. Partners for $333 million in cash.
Intersil Corp ISIL shares touched a new 52-week high of $18.82 following a report it was near a deal to be acquired by Renesas Electronics for up to $2.99 billion.
