  • Hain Celestial Group Inc (NASDAQ: HAIN) shares dipped 27.9 percent to $38.48 after the company announced a delay of its earnings release. After Monday's market close, the organic food manufacturer said the delay is due to accounting of concessions granted to certain U.S. distributors. The company said it "will not be in a position to release financial results until the completion of the independent review of the Audit Committee and of the audit process relating to FY16."
  • MeetMe Inc (NASDAQ: MEET) dropped 22 percent to $4.80. MeetMe shares have jumped 284.38 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 4.17 percent in the same period.
  • Cerecor Inc (NASDAQ: CERC) declined 16 percent to $3.37. Cerecor reported a Q2 net loss of $0.41 per share, versus a year-ago loss $4.48 per share.
  • Power Solutions International Inc (NASDAQ: PSIX) shares fell 12.3 percent to $13.54 as the company reported that it requires additional time to file its second quarter Form 10-Q. Lake Street downgraded Power Solutions from Buy to Hold.
  • Verso Corporation (NYSE: VRS) fell 12.2 percent to $9.25. Verso posted a Q2 net loss of $33 million on revenue of $630 million.
  • Net Element International Inc (NASDAQ: NETE) dropped 11.3 percent to $1.90. Net Element reported a Q2 loss of $0.10 per share on revenue of $13.692 million.
  • AlarmCom Hldg Inc (NASDAQ: ALRM) shares declined 11.2 percent to $29.25. AlarmCom reported better-than-expected results for its second quarter on Monday.
  • Lime Energy Co. (NASDAQ: LIME) dropped 10.3 percent to $1.88. Lime Energy reported a Q2 loss of $0.39 per share on revenue of $21 million.
  • Evoke Pharma Inc (NASDAQ: EVOK) fell 10.2 percent to $2.34. Evoke Pharma posted a narrower-than-expected Q2 loss.
  • RLJ Entertainment Inc (NASDAQ: RLJE) dropped 9.6 percent to $1.77. RLJ Entertainment reported a Q2 loss of $0.28 per share on revenue of $15.8 million.
  • NF Energy Saving Corp (NASDAQ: NFEC) fell 8.5 percent to $1.08. On Monday, NF Energy Saving posted Q2 gross profit of USD57,668 on revenue of USD0.68 million.
  • American Electric Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AETI) declined 8.1 percent to $3.63. On Monday, AETI reported quarterly earnings of $0.06 per share on revenue of $12.3 million.
  • Fabrinet (NYSE: FN) shares dropped 8 percent to $38.89. Fabrinet posted in-line earnings for its fourth quarter, while sales exceeded analysts’ estimates. The company also issued a strong outlook for the current quarter.
  • ParkerVision, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRKR) dropped 7.7 percent to $5.66. Parkervision reported Q2 EPS loss of $0.72 versus expectations of a loss of $0.45. Net loss year-over-year nearly doubled from $4.842 million to $8.367 million.
  • Ocular Therapeutix Inc (NASDAQ: OCUL) shares declined 6.7 percent to $7.66 after surging 21.09 percent on Monday.
  • Univar Inc (NYSE: UNVR) shares fell 6.4 percent to $18.82. Univar priced 20,943,741 shares of common stock by selling stockholders at $19.00 per share.
  • Coty Inc (NYSE: COTY) fell 5.8 percent to $28.04. Coty delivered better than the expected adjusted earnings for its fourth quarter driven by solid sales number.
  • Hospitality Properties Trust (NYSE: HPT) shares slipped 4 percent to $30.64. Hospitality Properties Trust priced its 11 million share offering at $30.75 per share.
  • Concho Resources Inc (NYSE: CXO) shares fell 3.7 percent to $131.36. Concho Resources reported a public offering of common stock 9 million shares and announced the acquisition of Midland Basin assets for $1.625 billion.
  • Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (NYSE: AAP) shares fell 2.5 percent to $163.70 as the company reported downbeat Q2 earnings.
