  • The Rubicon Project Inc (NYSE: RUBI) shares tumbled 32.3 percent to $9.25. The Rubicon Project reported upbeat quarterly results, but issued a weak the CY16 guidance. Various analysts, including Citigroup, Oppenheimer, RBC Capital, Needham, Raymond James downgraded the stock.
  • The Chefs Warehouse, Inc (NASDAQ: CHEF) shares fell 29.9 percent to $11.32 after the company reported downbeat Q2 results and issued a weak FY16 earnings outlook.
  • Electro Scientific Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: ESIO) shares declined 29.8 percent to $4.81. ESI reported Q1 earnings of $0.09 per share on revenue of $47.7 million. The company expects Q2 revenue of $30 million to $35 million and loss of $0.25 per share to $0.20 per share.
  • Cray Inc. (NASDAQ: CRAY) shares dropped 29.3 percent to $22.10 after the company posted a wider-than-expected quarterly loss and issued a weak sales outlook.
  • Spherix Inc (NASDAQ: SPEX) dropped 26.5 percent to $1.54. Spherix priced underwritten public offering of up to 1,592,357 shares at $1.57 per share.
  • Crocs, Inc. (NASDAQ: CROX) shares declined 20.8 percent to $8.71 after the company disappointed investors by reporting less than expected revenue for the second quarter. Its outlook for the third quarter also failed to meet the estimations.
  • Kate Spade & Co (NYSE: KATE) fell 20.3 percent to $16.05. Kate Spade posted upbeat quarter results, but lowered its FY16 outlook.
  • Evolving Systems Inc (NASDAQ: EVOL) shares declined 18.9 percent to $4.30 after the company reported weak Q2 results.
  • USA Truck, Inc. (NASDAQ: USAK) shares fell 17.9 percent to $15.78 after the company reported weak Q2 earnings.
  • Vista Gold Corp. (NYSE: VGZ) dropped 17.7 percent to $1.27 as the company reported a $15 million bought deal offering of units.
  • MGP Ingredients Inc (NASDAQ: MGPI) shares fell 15.7 percent to $35.78. MGP Ingredients reported Q2 earnings of $0.37 per share on revenue of $80.392 million. The company’s FY16 sales growth outlook has been revised downward.
  • Federated National Holding Co (NASDAQ: FNHC) dropped 14.7 percent to $17.82 following Q2 results. Federated National Holding reported Q2 earnings of $0.07 per share.
  • DragonWave, Inc.(USA) (NASDAQ: DRWI) shares fell 14.6 percent to $3.11. DragonWave reported the pricing of its $6 million public offering.
  • Maxwell Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: MXWL) dropped 13.1 percent to $4.50 as the company posted a wider-than-expected quarterly loss.
  • Medallion Financial Corp (NASDAQ: MFIN) shares declined 12.8 percent to $5.30. On Tuesday, Medallion Financial reported Q2 profit of $4.6 million on revenue of $2.5 million.
  • Qorvo Inc (NASDAQ: QRVO) shares declined 9.9 percent to $55.35 following Q2 results. Qorvo posted upbeat results for the latest quarter.
  • Amedisys Inc (NASDAQ: AMED) shares fell 8.6 percent to $49.15. Amedisy reported a Q2 profit of $10.7 million on revenue of $360.7 million. Mizuho Securities downgraded Amedisys from Buy to Neutral.
  • DineEquity Inc (NYSE: DIN) shares dropped 4.7 percent to $76.51. DineEquity posted in-line quarterly earnings, but the company missed analysts’ sales estimates.
  • Endeavour Silver Corp (NYSE: EXK) dropped 4 percent to $4.91. Endeavour Silver reported Q2 earnings of $0.01 per share on revenue of $44.5 million.
  • Glu Mobile Inc. (NASDAQ: GLUU) shares fell 3.5 percent to $2.21 after the company lowered its outlook for the year.
