Burger King (Restaurant Brands International Inc QSR) is set to launch its new food item "Mac n' Cheetos" on June 27, and Business Insider isn't too pleased. Calling them "an affront to nature," a few insiders explained their experience.
Market News and Data brought to you by Benzinga APIsBusiness Insider grabbed some of them at a New York location that was already selling them. The people who tasted the product gave negative reviews. "[W]e were lucky (?) enough to grab some," the article read.
"It is all chemical. It is affront to nature," said one of the tasters.
The dish consists of deep-fried macaroni and cheese sticks with a Cheeto-flavored shell and costs $2.49 for five pieces of sticks.
