Craft Brew Alliance To Hold Q3 Conference Call On May 5

Craft Brew Alliance, Inc. BREW revealed it would release its third quarter financial results on May 5 before the market opens. The company indicated it would also hold a conference call at 11:30 a.m. ET or 8:30 a.m. PDT.

According to the company, its CEO, Andy Thomas, CFO, Joe Vanderstelt, COO, Scott Mennen, and CMO, Ken Kunze, would address the conference call. The company said public could listen to a live webcast of the conference call on the Investors section of its website at www.craftbrew.com.

Craft Brew Alliance said that after two hours of the conference call, an archived webcast would be available at the same site and would remain available until the next earnings call. Street analysts' expect the company to suffer a loss of $0.05 a share and generate revenue of $39.39 million for the first quarter. The past results suggested that its earnings topped in the previous quarter but fell shy of the expectations in the preceding two quarters.

On Friday, the stock shed 0.43 percent.
