disclosed that it would release its financial results for the third quarter on April 27 after the market closes. However, the company indicated that a conference call would be held the next day, i.e. on April 28 at 11.00 a.m. Eastern Time. Celadon said that Participants could pre-register for the conference call by navigating to its Investor Relations website, http://investors.celadontrucking.com, under the Report Center menu option. The company said that those without Internet access or unable to pre-register may join the conference by dialing 1-800-695-3244. The company also indicated that a replay of the webcast would be available through June 1 at http://investors.celadontrucking.com. Street analysts expect the company to report $0.20 a share on revenue of $262.10 million. In the last four quarter, the company failed to meet earnings only once, i.e. the preceding December quarter. On Tuesday, the stock traded higher by 2.8%.
