Range Resources Corp. RRC shares fell 3.78 percent to $30.00 in pre-market trading. Barclays downgraded Range Resources from Equal-weight to Underweight and lowered the price target from $27.00 to $24.00.

Tesla Motors Inc TSLA shares fell 2.32 percent to $217.41 in pre-market trading after dropping 4.98 percent on Wednesday.
