8 Stocks Moving In Wednesday's After-Hours Session

Shares of Ryerson Holding Corp RYI were trading up more than 20 percent in Wednesday’s after-hours session. It seems like no particular news was driving the surge, which looked like a correction of the 17.07 percent decline the stock experienced over the day.

Similar were the cases of:

• Connecture Inc CNXR, which was up more than 16.6 percent after the bell rang, after having tumbled 14.29 percent over the regular session.
• Seadrill Ltd SDRL, which gained more than 13.3 percent after-hours, following an 11.79 percent decline during the day.
• Pernix Therapeutics Holdings Inc PTX, up about 11 percent after the market closed, after having lost 9.95 percent over the day.
• Raptor Pharmaceutical Corp. RPTP, down over 12 percent after-hours, following an 8.39 percent gain over Wednesday.
• Encore Capital Group, Inc. ECPG, down about 11.4 percent after an 18.43 percent spike.
• Repligen Corporation RGEN, down 11 percent after a 12.38 percent surge.

In addition, Endocyte, Inc. ECYT, which gained 3.9 percent on Wednesday, continued to surge after-hours, moving up more than 10 percent after the bell rang.
