Check Point in Talks to Acquire Cyber Ark The Rumor:
Shares of CyberArk Software Ltd.CYBR surged higher Wednesday on a report from Israel's Haaretz that Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. CHKP is in talks to acquire CyberArk, according to sources. Check Point and CyberArk declined comment CyberArk closed at $45.27 on Wednesday, up 19.64%. Apple, AT&T Eyeing Potential Time Warner Deal The Rumor:
Apple AAPL is monitoring potential deals involving Time Warner TWX, according to sources as reported by the NY Post late on Wednesday. AT&T T is also said to be a potential buyer, along with Twenty-First Century Fox FOXA. Apple and Time Warner declined comment. Time Warner closed Wednesday at $70.65, down $0.44.
