Columbia Pipeline Group Inc CPGX shares dipped 7.30 percent to $17.64 in pre-market trading as the company reported an offering for 51 million shares of common stock. TerraForm Global Inc GLBL shares fell 2.95 percent to $4.28 in pre-market trading. Sunedison Inc SUNE, TerraForm Global and Renova Energia reported the termination of previously-disclosed deals. SunEdison reported that the $250 million securities purchase deal with Light Energia to purchase 16 stake in Renova has ben terminated. Goldman Sachs downgraded TerraForm Global from Neutral to Sell. TerraForm Power Inc TERP shares declined 2.84 percent to $8.89 in pre-market trading after jumping 32.61 percent on Tuesday.
