Polypore International, Inc. (NYSE: PPO) shares rose 0.77 percent to reach a new 52-week high of $60.48. Form 8-K from Polypore showed that the company and Asahi Kasei have received antitrust clearance for merger from the FTC of the Republic of Korea.
Dynasil Corporation of America (NASDAQ: DYSL) shares touched a new 52-week high of $2.051 following the announcement that the company's UK subsidiary, Hilger Crystals, Ltd., has entered into a three year supply arrangement.
