After the bell, the stock rose 2.3 percent to $47.07. The company recently announced a new 50/50 joint venture with Stolt-Nielsen Limited (OTC: SOIEF), aimed at pursuing opportunities in small-scale LNG production and distribution.

Same as Monday, Flamel Technologies S.A. (ADR) (NASDAQ: FLML) is also a mover; the French biotech company dropped 1.6 percent on Wednesday trading following the reveal of a Hold rating at Zacks.
