Winners

WPCS International Incorporated WPCS skyrocketed 80 percent ($1.22) on the announcement of $3.6 million worth of new contracts that are to take effect during the first two months in fiscal 2016.

Teladoc Inc TDOC was introduced to the New York Stock Exchange, rising more than 60 percent in its debut. The nation’s first and largest telehealth company offered 7 million common shares at the price of $20, up from estimated range of $15-$17.

Chubb Corp CB moved up 30 percent after the company that insures luxury homes announced it has been acquired by Ace Limited ACE for a deal totaling $28.3 billion.

Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals Inc RCPI was up 15 percent after the company reported results from a human proof of principle study, demonstrating that a single oral dose can inhibit the activation of inflammatory proteins.

RADA Electronic Ind. Ltd. RADA spiked 7 percent after the defense electronics contractor was awarded a contract from the Israeli defense contractor to upgrade a UAV avionics unit. The contract is valued at $1.5 million.

Losers

Peabody Energy Corporation BTU tanked 23 percent after the company expected adjusted EPS to be below the original targeted range.

Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc XENE dwindled 20 percent after the pharmaceuticals company alongside Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd TEVA provided updates on TV-45070 Phase 2b study in Osteoarthritis Pain. The results were that the TV-45070 4 percent and 8 percent did not illustrate a significant difference from placebo in efficacy endpoints in the study.

Ballard Power Systems Inc BLDP decreased 20 percent after the energy products company reported the pricing of ~8.125 million common shares in a public offering at $1.60 per share, down from the ~$2.09 close on Tuesday.

Comstock Resources Inc CRK was down 15 percent after the company divests of its properties of oil and gas in Burleson County, Texas that amounted to $115 million.
