Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. (NYSE: MSO) shares declined 13.67 percent to $6.00 after Sequential Brands Group Inc (NASDAQ: SQBG) announced its plans to buy Martha Stewart Living in a $353 million deal.

Ambarella Inc (NASDAQ: AMBA) shares slipped 9.52 percent to $107.99 after dropping 5.80 percent on Friday.

Williams Partners LP (NYSE: WPZ) declined 6.01 percent to $50.05. Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. (NYSE: ETE) made a proposal to merge with Williams Companies for $53.1 billion in an all equity transaction, including debt and other liabilities. However, Williams rejected the offer from Energy Transfer Equity.

Biotie Therapies Corp. (NASDAQ: BITI) shares dropped 5.58 percent to $22.69 after jumping 10.23 percent on Friday.

Achillion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACHN) shares declined 1.93 percent to $8.62 after falling 1.57 percent on Friday.

Micron Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: MU) shares slipped 1 percent to $24.24. Goldman Sachs downgraded Micron from Neutral to Sell. The price target for Micron has been lowered from $27 to $19.
