Charlie DiFrancesca's 1989 Epic Speech On Pit Trading

This is an amazing documented lecture recorded in 1989 of Charlie DeFrancesca speaking to CBOT traders. Charlie is a legend to all but specially a legend to Bond traders. Charlie was one of the largest, if not the largest, individual trader in the pits in the 1980s. Charlie wasn’t only a God-like trader but he was genuine, he cared about the substance and style. In the video he says “don’t be a thief, there’s plenty of money to go around.” A major hat-tip to ChessNWine for bringing this to our attention.
